Daily Backups & Restoration
Sometimes bad things happen to good websites – such as unexpected malware or ransomware attacks. We sure hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does, we can grab your most recent backup and restore your website to its old self, minimizing disruption and downtown to your business.
Dedicated Help Desk

Monthly Plan Add-Ons
Content Hero Add-On
Great fresh and relevant content is the key to increasing your search rankings and getting found online. Keyword stuffing no longer gets the job done, Google and other search engines favor content that is written for real people. For those that need assistance creating consistent SEO-friendly content, we offer an add-on exclusively for our care plan clients.
The Starter plan includes setup of a lead magnet (one time), 1 blog post per month including images, posting to your site with SEO meta, and a monthly status report.
Graphic Hero Add-On
Get your own graphic designer for a low monthly fee with our Design Hero Add-On. Get custom blog post graphics, website banners, social media graphics, photo retouching, logo variations, and more - all with unlimited revisions and a quick 1-2 day turnaround (more complex tasks may take longer) .
There are 3 plans available. Each plan requires a Start Up package to create brand guidelines. The unlimited plan allows you to request unlimited tasks, but you can only have 2 tasks open at a time.
Review Hero Add-On
Online reviews are everything! We can make getting customer reviews simple and successful. Our Review Hero Add-On makes it easy for your customers to leave reviews and makes it easy for you to turn unhappy customers into positive reviews before they are published.
This plan includes initial set-up of your review 'funnel', your very own review platform, and ongoing review management.
Social Hero Add-On
For those that need assistance with social media, we offer a monthly add-on package exclusively for our care plan clients. From the content you send us, we will curate 1 blog post and 2 weekly posts for 3 social media accounts.
You will also receive a comprehensive report emailed monthly to assist in monitoring engagement.
Power Hours Add-On
If you have a lot of ideas to implement on your website or just want your website to continually grow and evolve, then the Power Hours Add-On may be right for you. You can reserve 4 or more hours to be dedicated to growing your online presence.
This plan includes 4, 8, 16, or 32 hours of development and support time each month at our lowest rates; PLUS a monthly strategy call to set priorities for the month.
