Managing Your Theme – Logo

Getting Started

Now that you have set up your customer portal, you can begin customizing to your business theme. This quick and easy guide will walk you through step by step how to do so.

When you first log into your account, you will be able to view the screen below:

Using your dashboard on the left, you will want to select the arrow to the right of “admin”. Selecting this will create a drop down menu where you can select “options”.

You will now be able to select from a wide range of personalization options.

Select “Design” to get started with your icon selection.This will default to the “Theme” drop down, you will want to select “Logo and Icons” below in light blue.

Select the bottom light blue bar titled Logo and Icons.From here you will have the option to add your logo for your landing page. A png file sized 200px to 400x with transparent background will produce the best results.

Your email logo can be changed below. Using a square logo will produce the best results.

Your general icon will show at the top of the sidebar menu. It should be sized at 100px x 100px. 

Your Favicon icon can be added as well. This will show in browser tabs and on iOS device touch screens. This should be square and at least 57px X 57px for best viewing.

And just like that, you’ve begun branding your portal!
